Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented VP R&D to lead the R&D group and drive technological development efforts. The role includes managing engineering teams, overseeing architecture and product development, and defining development processes and technology standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as a CTO/VP R&D (Hands on)
- Experience with managing medium development teams to maintain high levels of visibility and efficiency
- Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
- 5 years' experience with Cloud technologies
- Microservice architectures
- Java programming/ any other OO design
- High throughput systems
- CI / CD
- Working with Big-Data infrastructures
- Ability to initiate and lead agile processes to completion
- Innovator by nature and ability to think out of the box
- Proactive, highly motivated individual with an excellent work ethic and goal-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, proactive, fast learner skills
- Information security experience
- Strong leadership and ownership
