Job Description
We're seeking a Stone Haus Pizzeria Manager to lead our food and beverage operation at Solitude Mountain Resort. The ideal candidate is coachable, flexible, and guest-focused, with a passion for developing people and delivering consistent, high-quality hospitality experiences.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality (frontline management level)
- Strong back-of-house experience with a passion for quality food and beverage
- Experience using POS systems
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate hourly teams
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing business needs
