Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner- Emergency Medicine

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics and conduct medical house call visits to treat patients accordingly, with the supervision of an attending Physician.

Requirements

• Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan
• Perform medical procedures such as obtaining IV access and administration of fluids and medications
• Work closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians to support providing care
• Document clinical evaluation and treatment plan in Sollis' EHR
• Coordinate additional care with our Care Coordination, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners
• Participate in related operational projects as needed
• Ensure the house call provider bag is properly stocked and ready for use at all times
• Ensure comprehensive transfer of responsibility for pending labs or imaging to in clinic providers
