Seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide concierge emergency medical care to patients in clinics and at home, working closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians.

Requirements

• Performing medical evaluations and formulating a differential diagnosis and treatment plan
• Performing medical procedures such as obtaining IV access and administration of fluids and medications
• Working closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians
• Assessing and treating Covid-related cases
• Documenting clinical evaluation and treatment plan in Sollis' EHR
• Coordinating additional care with Care Coordination and house calls teams or with Medical Partners
• Performing related duties as requested
