Job Description
Seeking a dynamic Technology Support Specialist to support instructional innovation and day-to-day technology operations in a school environment. This hybrid role combines creative project support with comprehensive IT services.
Requirements
- An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
- Experience in educational technology, IT support and makerspace environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software
- Familiarity with Apple, Google, and SIS ecosystems
- Experience with fabrication tools (3D printers, laser cutters, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and administration in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
