Requirements
- Establish and maintain full ownership of laboratory chemical inventory
- Manage chemical waste handling, storage, documentation, and disposal
- Manage R&M contracts and vendor relationships for critical instruments
- Lead routine laboratory inspections
- Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs related to chemical handling, storage, waste management, and lab operations
- Support onboarding and training of new lab personnel
