Chargé(e) de projets en gestion du changement

We are seeking a project manager to lead change management in a technology-based transformation project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting
• Demonstrated experience in at least three (3) implementation projects of a technological nature and/or of a certain scope
• Demonstrated experience in a project office
• Mastery of French at the oral and written levels
• Knowledge of the utilities domain, specifically in planning and scheduling, an asset
• Experience in deploying mobility tools, an asset
• Good knowledge of the Agile methodology, an asset
