Chargé(e) de projets en gestion du changement

We are seeking a project manager for change management to implement change management in the context of a technological transformation project.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting
• Proven experience in at least three (3) implementation projects with a technological nature and/or scope
• Proven experience in a project office
• Mastery of French in both written and spoken form
• Knowledge of the utilities domain, specifically in planning and scheduling, an asset
• Experience in deploying mobility tools, an asset
• Good knowledge of the Agile methodology, an asset
