Chargé(e) de projets en gestion du changement

We are looking for a project manager to oversee change management within a technology transformation project for one of our clients. The resource will intervene as an expert in their field within the project team, collaborating on the development and implementation of the change management strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting;
• Proven experience in at least three (3) projects of implantation at technological nature and/or scope;
• Proven experience in a project office;
• Mastery of French in oral and written;
• Knowledge of the domain of utilities, specifically in planning and scheduling, an asset;
• Experience in deploying mobility tools, an asset;
• Good knowledge of the Agile methodology, an asset;
• Demonstrate great autonomy and flexibility, not acting only in advisory mode and carrying out actions from the established plan with the project team.
