Requirements

• Diploma in legal techniques or business law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal technician, specifically in the field of corporate law
• Excellent mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
• Skills in legal writing and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in office software and document management software
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
