Baro RH is looking for a business law technician to join a renowned law firm in Montreal. This position is ideal for a professional with between 1 and 3 years of experience in the field.

Requirements

• Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, and other business-related legal documents
• Assist lawyers in researching and analyzing business law issues
• Manage client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on file status
• Participate in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary documents for consultations
• Ensure client confidentiality and security
