Baro RH is looking for a business law technician to join a reputable notary firm in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and will contribute to providing high-quality service to clients while developing their skills in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, and other business-related legal documents.
• Assist notaries in researching and analyzing business law-related legal issues.
• Manage client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and jurisprudence for client cases.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on file status.
• Participate in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary documents for consultations.
• Ensure client information confidentiality and security.
