Elliot Health Systems - Occupational Therapist - Pathways - Per Diem

Occupational Therapist - Per Diem position with 16 hours a week primary coverage needs Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun 8am-5pm shift or 3pm-11PM possible, with an orientation period of 2 days a week for 4 weeks to train prior to per diem coverage scheduling.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited educational program for Occupational Therapy required
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the state of New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Governing Board required
• CPR certification required
