Environmental Services Technician Il - EVS - Full Time

Environmental Services Technician II position involves cleaning and disinfecting various surfaces and areas within the building, maintaining and caring for flooring, stairwells, walls and windows, and receiving, transporting, and stocking supplies. The position requires operating battery and electric operated machines, ladders, and using ultraviolet light equipment to disinfect surfaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or a GED is strongly preferred
• Healthcare and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Can perform repetitive or routine duties working from detailed instructions and under standard procedures
• Demonstrates competency to communicate in English to read, write, and speak
• Demonstrates competency to use and understand the following computer programs: time and attendance, bed tracking, disinfection equipment, organization education programs, text communications, and Microsoft Outlook
• Can follow department cleaning techniques and procedures as written
