Job Description
Job Description: The Licensed Nursing Assistant II (LNA II) role involves providing direct and indirect patient care, including activities of daily living, personal care, and emotional support. The LNA II will work on the Fuller unit, a 55-60 bed post-surgical and trauma unit, and will be responsible for performing clinical tasks, phlebotomy, telemetry, unit secretary duties, and radiation therapy tasks.
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an LNA
- BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire
