Job Description

Requirements
- Performs visit chart preparation activities
- Performs rooming activities for provider visits
- Obtains and documents age and/or condition-specific measurements
- Conducts and documents hearing, vision, respiratory and ECG testing
- Performs and documents specific screening based on condition/need
- Obtains, documents and processes specimens
- Performs and documents point of care testing accurately
- Performs venipuncture procedures
- Administers medications and immunizations
- Processes medication prescription refills
- Handles prior authorization processes
- Manages clinical supplies and medication sample areas
