Nocturnist Critical Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Needed for Elliot Health System, Manchester. Come work at the best place to give and receive care! Requirements
- Minimum experience: 2-years in an Acute Care setting, 1-year Critical Care setting
- Admissions and nightly care for patients admitted to the intensive care unit as well as other patients admitted to the service as needed and at the direction of the team leader
- Ventilator and airway management of patients with respiratory failure
- Placement of invasive monitoring devices when appropriate
- Pressor and resuscitation management
- Co-management of perioperative and postoperative patients upon request
- Critical care consultation as requested by members of the medical staff
- Provides assistance with the Hospital's Critical Assessment Team and Code Blue Response
