The IT Senior Manager; Operations & Security is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, post-acquisition integration, and continuous improvement of the organization's core IT services.
Requirements
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Help Desk functions
- Develop and execute multi-year roadmaps aligned with business priorities, risk posture, and technology strategy
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network, server, storage, cloud, and data center environments
- Lead infrastructure modernization efforts, including cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation initiatives
- Own the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and operational execution
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team of Help Desk and end-user support
- Establish and maintain support processes, escalation paths, and service management best practices
- Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure, security, and end-user services
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing related to infrastructure, network, and help desk services
