Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Manager, IT Operations to lead a high-performing team and ensure efficient IT service delivery, compliance, and support across Concentrix and client-owned infrastructure.
Requirements
- Actively manage severity 1 issues
- Oversee daily ticket reviews
- Coordinate regular account meetings
- Ensure completion, addition, and modification of backup schedules
- Manage Tape inventory
- Support new transitions
- Guarantee PCI and HIPAA compliance
- Implement security controls
- Conduct BCP tests and disaster recovery drills
- Maintain system compliance
- Provide L2/L3 support for network, server, and voice infrastructure
- Lead SSAE activities
- Ensure compliance through site hardening and validation checks
- Continuously update images, documents, and maintain bandwidth utilization reports
- Support service delivery with DNS/DHCP/File server management
