Requirements
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves complex problems for users of personal computer software and hardware, local network, the Internet, and new computer technologies
- Communicates solutions to end-users
- Provide onsite technical support at client offices when necessary
- Create detailed technical documentation for resolutions of issues
- Workflow and thorough documentation of events via PSA platform
