Job Description
Solvere One is seeking highly qualified System Administrator candidates to provide support to clients, ensuring clients meet technical best practices, and resolving complex technical issues. Employees will interact with clients and travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area.
Requirements
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves complex problems for users of personal computer software and hardware
- Recommend and implement technical solutions that increase the stability, security, or speed of client environments
- Provide onsite technical support at client offices when necessary
- Create detailed technical documentation for resolutions of issues
