Client Manager

As Client Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic customers, building long-lasting relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. You will work in a hybrid environment, with a flat organizational structure and decision-making freedom. The role requires a strong combination of commercial insight, technical affinity, and people knowledge, with at least 8 years of experience in IT services. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, growth, and financial performance, and will work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience as a Client Manager or Account Manager in IT services
• Strong commercial insight, technical affinity, and people knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, in speech and writing
• Strong communication skills
