Job Description
Sona is a growing AI-native frontline workforce management platform seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth for mid-to-enterprise customers in Social Care and Hospitality. The role involves full sales cycle ownership, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting Sona's platform to prospective clients, as well as collaborating with marketing, customer and product teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling complex technology products.
- At least 1 year in a closing sales role, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment.
- A track record of smashing quotas and exceeding targets.
