The role involves designing and delivering region-specific enablement for both US and UK sales teams, building interactive AI-native enablement experiences, and establishing success metrics focused on behavior change and revenue impact.
Requirements
- Senior-level sales enablement experience
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments
- Commercially oriented
- AI-native in how you work
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing without direct authority
- Experience working across multiple regions or global teams
Benefits
- Salary: $180,000–$220,000
- Hybrid: New York City, 3 days a week in office. Travel to London at least once a month
