We are looking for a CAFETERIA MANAGER to join our BAGGA team, with a passion for the restaurant sector and public interaction.
Requirements
- Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the café, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
- Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and fostering a cooperative and motivated environment.
- Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that offer a high-level customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, keeping the café in accordance with regulations.
- Performance Indicators Analysis: Monitor and interpret café performance indicators to identify improvement areas, optimize processes, and implement strategies that drive business results.
