The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the restaurant and coffee shop sector, previous experience in managing teams and operating coffee shops, and leadership competencies. They will be responsible for operational management, team coordination, excellent customer service, quality and procedure control, and performance indicator analysis.
Requirements
