Job Description
We are looking for a Process Analyst – Supply Chain to join the Supply Chain & Logistics area, in Carnaxide, and we truly believe we will be #betterwithyou! The role involves ensuring the follow-up and proper implementation of tools and processes across the Supply Chain, promoting adoption and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- A university degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with experience in consulting or transformation projects considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying needs and proposing solutions.
- The ability to prepare clear, structured, and impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to learn new analytical tools.
- Knowledge of SQL (Databricks and Python are valued).
- The ability to collaborate and interact effectively with different teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Dynamism, versatility, and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
