Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, organizational transformation, PMO, management consulting, or similar functions
• Experience in complex, matrix, and change environments
• Experience in large organizations is valued
• Capacity for planning, structuring, and prioritization
• Storytelling and presentation skills
• Analytical ability and data-oriented thinking
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid) will be valued, with a focus on practical application and results-oriented thinking
• Strategic vision combined with good execution capacity
• Excellent communication, influence, and executive storytelling skills
• Structured thinking, pragmatism, and focus on solutions
