This role, Sonder Responder, involves deploying in-person support to members to support their wellbeing and mental health.
Requirements
- Recent or current experience in the UK within emergency services, mental health or wellbeing sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage a critical incident or potentially traumatic event
- Experience in working with CALD [Culturally and Linguistically Diverse] groups and vulnerable persons
