The company is experiencing rapid growth and seeks experienced mental health, emergency services, and wellbeing professionals for casual employment as Sonder Responders, providing in-person support to members and nurturing partnership relations.
Requirements
- Recent or current experience in the UK within emergency services, mental health or wellbeing sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage a critical incident or potentially traumatic event
- Experience in working with CALD [Culturally and Linguistically Diverse] groups and vulnerable persons
