Director Finance

We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial management and accounting operations of the organization. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and the development of financial strategies to ensure the organization's long-term success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep experience using SAP in a distribution or manufacturing environment, including strong understanding of how material movements and sales orders flow through to the general ledger
• Proven experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial modeling
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
