Financial Systems Manager

Sonepar Management Group (SMG) is hiring a Financial Systems Manager to oversee financial tools, systems, and technology solutions that support the Finance organization. The role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and systems, excellent communication skills, and experience managing a portfolio of enterprise financial systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and owning processes/systems across financial systems management, enterprise applications, or related roles
• Strong experience supporting Finance organizations with accounting, close, and financial reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience owning or managing a portfolio of enterprise financial systems
• Strong understanding of financial processes and how systems enable them
• Proven ability to partner with senior Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Ability to develop roadmaps, evaluate technology solutions, and drive adoption
