Job Description
Robertson Electric Wholesale is seeking a Human Resources Manager to implement and manage HR policies and programs. The successful candidate will be involved in national HR initiatives and projects, providing sound advice and support to senior operational leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- HRIS experience (Success Factors and ADP considered an asset)
- College Diploma in Human Resources preferred
- CHRP designation or working towards is preferred
- ATS and sales recruiting experience an asset
- Understanding of HR governance, legislation and regulatory environment
- Demonstrated business acumen and consulting skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
- Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation skills
