Job Description
The Cook II is responsible for performing basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. The role requires maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, handling and storing products properly, and stocking and rotating food products.
Requirements
- 3 years of previous line experience preferred, preferably high volume
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate required
