Director of Food and Beverage

The Director of Food and Beverage sets the tone for Sonesta’s Culture of Caring, promoting and implementing property-wide strategies to increase guest satisfaction, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet and exceed productivity goals.

Requirements

• High school graduate, some college or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in FOH Food and Beverage operations
• 8 years of experience in BOH Food and Beverage operations and culinary, sales, and service backgrounds
• Experience with FOH operations and beverage management
• Experience in Hotel culinary and Banquet operations required
