Requirements
- High school graduate, some college or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in FOH Food and Beverage operations
- 8 years of experience in BOH Food and Beverage operations and culinary, sales, and service backgrounds
- Experience with FOH operations and beverage management
- Experience in Hotel culinary and Banquet operations required
