Job Description
Glenwood Springs Volkswagen is looking for a Service Advisor to schedule service work and sell additional needed service to customers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience in a dealership position, and general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
Requirements
- Schedules service appointments
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Maintains a dealership-prescribed standard for 'hours per customer repair order written'
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures
