Senior Technical Program Manager

SonicWall is a cybersecurity forerunner seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of cybersecurity software products, leading programs from concept through launch. The role involves managing program schedules, risks, issues, scope, and quality, and building strong partnerships across the company to drive alignment and decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical product development
• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading complex multi-team software initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering software programs and leading cross-functional product teams across multiple time-zones
• The ability to influence partners, senior leaders, and external collaborators to drive program outcomes
• Strength in building trusted relationships and resolving conflict across teams, enabling transparent communication and effective alignment
• Strong presentation skills to deliver clear, compelling program updates to diverse audiences including senior leadership
• Experience delivering SaaS / cloud, and on-premises software products
• Proficiency with program and product development tools—including JIRA, Confluence, Agile PLM, MS Project, MS Planner, and Smartsheets—with the ability to configure workflows, reporting, and dashboards to support program execution
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
