Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to join our team at Georgetowne Place, a premier retirement community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As an Assistant Wellness Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing nursing policies and procedures, conducting resident assessments, and ensuring the delivery of compassionate quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two-year professional nursing experience in a senior living care setting.
- Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
