Job Description
The Waterford at Fitchburg, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Culinary Service Assistant to assist chefs in food preparation tasks and maintain dining service standards.
Requirements
- Assist chefs in food preparation tasks, as assigned.
- Maintain standards for dining services, including efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
- Report problems, concerns, and issues observed with food service and communicate them appropriately.
- Observe all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements.
