Requirements
- Interact with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner
- Ensure residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual)
- Support resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences
- Ensure residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan
- Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines
