Job Description
The Waterford at College Station, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Maintenance Director to maintain the community's grounds, inside, and equipment. The role involves preparing apartments for move-in and refurbishing them after move-out, maintaining fire safety and emergency records, and ensuring proper use of equipment. The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance, familiarity with minor repair techniques, and experience in building safety and hazard reduction.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance
- Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and heating and cooling systems
