Responsible for the total operations' management for each community in designated region, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and promoting the company's mission and philosophy.
Requirements
- Resident Services: Assures implementation of policies and procedures, supervises and monitors provision of resident services, and ensures quality of resident service delivery.
- Employee Partner Administration: Interviews, evaluates, and disciplines community management team, assures availability of qualified employees, and monitors administration of wages and benefits.
- Sales/Marketing: Monitors sales/marketing plans, assures community teams maintain a favorable public image, and assists with external marketing efforts.
- Property Management: Assures community, resident units, and common areas are in working order, and ensures financial responsibility.
- Administrative Responsibility: Assures community team administrates, coordinates, and directs all activities, and maintains and provides all data as requested.
