Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist, you'll become an expert in our product and play a critical role in scaling our implementation capabilities. You'll work with clients to configure the product, provide technical and clinical support, and identify potential blockers. This role offers fast progression and high exposure.

Requirements

• Engineering background
• 2-4 years of experience in tech/enterprise software
• Strong tech & product knowledge (or ability to pick up)
• Ability to understand both the technical and clinical value of the product
• People & communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to travel to client's site for go-live
