Sono Bello is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support its Legal and Compliance Department. The role ensures providers and facilities remain in good standing with state, federal, and accrediting bodies. The coordinator maintains accurate records, tracks regulatory requirements, and supports audit readiness in a fast-paced, multi-state healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Coordinate and track all licensing requirements, including applications, renewals, and status updates across multiple jurisdictions
- Support provider/staff credentialing processes, including initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and verification of qualifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in credentialing and compliance databases
- Assist with accreditation preparation and ongoing compliance with accrediting organizations
- Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate upcoming expirations or required actions
- Collect, verify, and organize documentation such as licenses, certifications, insurance, and continuing education records
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, Operations) to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and responding to requests
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and assist in updating internal policies and procedures
- Generate reports and maintain dashboards related to compliance status and metrics
