Job Description
The Compliance Coordinator at Boise Cascade Company will play a key role in advancing the Regulatory Affairs Department’s impact across the organization, supporting third-party management initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Support implementation and ongoing administration of third-party management initiatives
- Assist with RiskRate third-party management system processes and associated projects
- Maintain accurate and complete vendor records within the RiskRate platform
- Support vendor onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track open action items, remediation activities, and follow-up tasks
- Help identify and recommend improvement plans to address inconsistencies, compliance gaps, and inefficiencies
- Monitor, organize, and research regulatory guidance, examination findings, and industry trends
- Perform duties such as scheduling and planning meetings, recording meeting minutes, and drafting correspondence
- Respond to internal and external customer needs
