M365 Applications Administrator

PlayStation is seeking an M365 Applications Administrator to support and advance Microsoft 365 and identity services at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, deep identity expertise, and experience working within structured IT service management environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating Microsoft 365 and identity platforms in an enterprise environment
• Solid operational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Experience supporting enterprise IT service operations using ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for managing Microsoft 365 environments
