Staff Data Scientist -  Experimentation & Measurement

PlayStation is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to design and interpret experiments that evaluate the impact of key initiatives and programs. The successful candidate will bring statistical rigor, clear measurement strategies, and deep causal inference expertise to shape how millions of players experience PlayStation.

Requirements

• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed experimentation into development and iteration cycles
• Mentor and guide other Data Scientists
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current on new methodologies in experimentation and causal analysis
