Corporate Development Analyst - The Orchard

The Orchard is a leading full-service music distribution company operating in 48 markets worldwide and servicing top global independent artists and labels. We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to support our M&A, corporate transactions, and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Execute detailed financial models and other analyses to facilitate decision making
• Understand and stay current on various regional markets and industry trends, the competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts to evaluate business opportunities
• Analyze financial and non-financial data to draw conclusions and make recommendations to management
• Prepare financial models for new signings, acquisitions, and business ventures as required
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external partners, investors, industry experts and within the start-up ecosystem
