Columbia Records are looking for a first class digital innovator to join their senior management team to shape the Label’s digital strategy. You will lead the digital marketing team to drive our artists and their campaigns forward in the digital space, through innovation, trends, best practice and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Requirements

• Lead a talented Digital Marketing team to implement industry leading digital marketing campaigns and strategies for our Artists
• Collaborate with key clients and stakeholders to develop strategy
• Oversee and implement all influencer marketing campaigns at the label
• Use analytics to help better understand the performance of our records
• Drive innovation at the label and adoption of new platforms and strategies
