As the Social Media Director, you will play a critical role in setting and leading the social media vision across Ultra Records' roster and label brands. The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in social culture, data-driven in approach, and passionate about dance and electronic music, with a proven ability to scale artist brands in a fast-moving digital landscape.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or artist marketing within music, media, or entertainment, preferably within dance/electronic music.
- Proven track record leading social media strategy and managing teams across multiple artists or brands.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, DSP ecosystems, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends.
- Strong balance of creative instincts and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear strategic direction.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with senior leadership, artists, managers, and external partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, culturally driven environment.
- Passionate music fan with a strong pulse on electronic music culture and online communities.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and music events, as needed.
